Yes. Listing your property, receiving tenders and choosing an agent is 100% free. You only pay your chosen agent their commission and agreed services when your property sells — paid from the sale proceeds, just like any normal agent engagement.

You decide. When you list your property we show you the top local agents based on their recent sales in your suburb, and you can invite up to 5 agents of your choice. Only those you invite can submit a tender — so you control who sees your listing.

Every agent submits the same standardised form with line-item pricing so you can compare apples to apples. It covers commission %, marketing spend (photography, online listings, signboard etc.), open-home fees, auction fees, and optional extras. The total dollar cost is shown upfront — no hidden fees.

Traditional agent quotes mix commission, marketing and other fees into a single bundle that's impossible to compare. Our fixed structure forces every agent to itemise the same way, so you can see exactly what each agent charges for what — and who represents the best value for your property.

Yes. Agents can't see each other's prices — they submit their best offer knowing they're competing with others. This drives sharper, more competitive tenders and better outcomes for you.

You see which agents have submitted tenders, and their agency, stats and profile. You accept a tender only after reviewing. Once you accept, the agent gets your contact details so they can arrange a visit.

The estimated sale price can only be determined after the agent visits the property in person and agrees a price with you. The formal selling agreement is signed at that stage. The tender is an upfront commitment to commission and services, not a sale price.

No. The selling price is determined later — once the winning agent visits the property, assesses it in person, and both you and the agent agree on a selling price. The tender only locks in the agent's commission, marketing costs and services.

No. If none of the tenders suit you, you're not obligated to accept any. You can withdraw your listing at any time with no penalty.

We continuously add agents. If you have a specific agent in mind who isn't shown in your suburb, let us know and we'll reach out to them on your behalf.

Yes. Your name, email and phone number are never shown to agents until you accept a tender. Agents only see your property address while tendering. We never sell your data and never list properties publicly without your consent.

Registration uses SMS verification to your mobile number. This prevents spam listings and keeps the platform genuine for both sellers and agents.

One property at a time. Once you've accepted a tender (or withdrawn your listing) you can list another.

Typically 24–72 hours after you invite agents. Agents pay a small fee to submit a tender which keeps the quality high — they only tender on properties they're genuinely interested in winning.
